The factors used in computing a countries rating are to the right of the main language for that country. These were computed from data in the 1998 CIA World Fact Book. For each of the factors, a higher number is better (max is 100). If you click on the country you get the CIA page for that country. If a country is in bold, it is because the CIA mentions that they provide financial services. Italics means no income tax or sales tax.
